Today, I learned from Leviticus and saw things I have never seen before. It is said God's Word is alive and everyday I believe it more. The reading pointed out in my small human mind how awesome our Heavenly Father is. In Leviticus one sees the Father's hand upon his children Israel as he washes them gently but firmly from their pagan ways. He shows them that sin has a price. The many sacrifices I had heard of before seemed to have a new meaning today. I saw the way God wanted his people to come to know the value and preciousness of each worthy sacrifice--only the perfect and unblemished was acceptable-- was so important. It reminds us today of the magnitude of God's love as we know the end sacrifice for our sins was his One and only Son.
Hear an interview with Mr. Dan Fraley our teacher of Hebraic Roots as he reminds us of our Jewish roots and he ends it with a prayer that will hopefully move mountains in your life.
